How does the decision wheel pick a result?
Each entry has an equal chance. This browser tool uses your device’s cryptographic random number generator to pick an entry, then animates the wheel to that result. It is for casual choices, not certified draws or high-stakes decisions.
Can I make my own custom decision wheel?
Yes. Replace the sample list with your choices, one per line, then select Update wheel. Choose a color for each entry, save a named wheel locally, or use a preset. Blank lines are ignored. Duplicate entries are kept as separate chances and clearly flagged.
Where are my saved wheels stored?
Only in this browser’s local storage on this device. They do not sync with the mobile app or another device. Clearing browser data removes them. Your choices are not sent to our server. See Privacy & local saves for optional analytics details.
Can I use it with a group?
Yes. Add names or activities and spin. Remove the selected entry to avoid picking it again in the next round. Use Undo if you change your mind. A list with one remaining entry cannot spin until you add another choice.
